1. Tubby’s Allergy:

Tubby Bottles, the milkbear, believes he has become allergic to milk. Of course a milkbear who can't look at milk let alone deliver milk bottles is in need of immediate assistance.

2. Building a Beach:

The weather is so hot that Max Bear and friends decide to create a beach area on the banks of the River Flan. But trouble lies ahead for Freddie & Fergus when they can't resist an opportunity.

3. Camping:

Max Bear and Tubby Bottles camp out one night, to be at one with nature, but gradually realise they miss their home comforts too much.

4. The Concert:

Max Bear and the villagers prepare for a concert. But Doctor Betterted, is losing patience with Freddie & Fergus who refuse to sing in tune. Max and Cynthia, plan an extravaganza that even Freddie & Fergus can't resist.

5. The Dinner Party:

Max Bear is left in charge of Flanbury Fort while Lord Flanbury is on holiday much to dismay of the grumpy old butler Chives, and a very lively dinner party has surprising results.

6. Fur Trimming:

The very naughty Freddie & Fergus go on a tomato squirting frenzy around the village and all the villagers are compelled to have their fur trimmed as a result. But the two bad boys end up having the most interesting of fur trims.

7. Nosy Baker:

Max Bear writes his first recipe book and Cynthia, the baker, awaits the publication of a long coveted recipe. Unfortunately in her eagerness Cynthia well and truly gets hold of the wrong end of the stick.

8. Fruit Picking:

Max Bear and his friends go fruit picking, but just getting there proves a task in itself and Cynthia ultimately reaches the end of her tether.

9. Noodlework:

Granny Knot requests the help of Max Bear and friends in knitting jumpers for the winter to sell in her shop. Max Bear discovers he has hidden talents and thus begins his weekly "Noodlework Classes" for all pasta loving bears.

10. Nut Harvesting:

Max Bear goes nut harvesting with his friends, and the two naughty sons of Cynthia, the baker, cause a certain fruit cake to be inedible. However the village doctor gets the chairs he always wanted.

11. Juice Day:

Max Bear and all the bears in the village have their "Annual Juice Day" when all manner of juices are invented and tasted throughout the village. This is the day when Kipper Driftwood, the fish monger, is best to avoid. Kipper has drummed up extra support this year and no bear can be trusted.

12. The Visiting Dentist:

The Village of Flanbury St. Fur has a visiting dentist, but the dentist appears to have a limited selection of teeth and not all his patients are happy with their new fittings.

13. Max’s Birthday:

Max Bear holds a party to celebrate the day he was drawn. Max's guests discover that the party foods aren't quite what they seem and that the birds are to blame.
